Slider Wall Signs:
They are double panel acrylic wall signs with a slider mechanism and a window gap to indicate whether a room is available or occupied. These signs are mounted flush against a wall, door or glass window surface and are normally used to indicate the availability of an exam room or conference room. These panels can be cut into any shape required. The default option is to print letters on the front of the acrylic panel. The customer may select tactile (raised) letters and Braille lettering. The most common Braille format – Braille 2 – will be applied by default unless the customer clearly specifies that Braille 1 be used (Braille 1 is a less common format and is mainly used in Canadian federal buildings). The sign can be painted any color. Please contact Superior Signs for other back panel options.
Mounting Notes for Slider Wall Signs: Please contact Superior Signs for a separate quote if these sign panels are not mounted flush against a flat surface (wall, door or glass window) but instead offset mounted using standoffs. (Alternatively, the required standoffs can be purchased separately from this store – see “Sign Hardware”).
